Transferring large quantities of powder in a short timeframe results in a massive amount of displaced air. This naturally creates process dust which, if improperly managed, can leak out of the bag connection and into your plant—creating a serious housekeeping issue and a potential combustible dust explosion risk.

Aside from dust, hand safety for loading operators is another common industry problem. Most bulk bag loading options on the market rely on:

• Mechanical clamps that can trap fingers.

• Inflatable bladders that push outward against a metal bracing element to create a seal.

Both of these traditional methods pose hazardous pinch-point risks to staff when fitting the bag necks.

Crafted with a stainless-steel central core and enveloped in our robust, pliable Seeflex urethane, this loader is already being embraced by some of the world's biggest food and chemical manufacturers to keep their plants cleaner and staff safer.

Additionally, a built-in pressure relief valve (set to 6 psi) safeguards against over-inflation of the bladder.

⏱️ More Efficient Throughput:  The built-in air fitting connects directly to a standard 8mm pneumatic airline, inflating the super-strong, flexible outer layer in seconds. Once inflated, the Seeflex layer securely supports the bag neck, keeping it upright and open for a seamless, tidy filling process.

After loading is completed, the outer sleeve deflates in seconds for effortless bag removal. Because it utilises our patented snap-fit connection, the entire unit is incredibly easy to disassemble, clean, and replace compared with traditional connector and filling-head options.
