Engineered from BFM®’s high-strength Seeflex 040E and 060ES polyurethane materials, the BFM® Corner Connector is a uniquely designed snap-fit flexible connector featuring a tapered infeed, a 110º angled bend, and a straight drain output.
Originally developed following feedback from systems integrators looking for a cost-effective alternative to bulky, expensive steel swivel tundishes, the Corner Connector streamlines Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes. It safely redirects wash fluid away from process machinery at the end of a CIP cycle, preventing chemical contamination in finished product and keeping the plant floor clean and dry.
While designed primarily for CIP wash-water discharge, the 110º angled profile also makes it an excellent solution beneath vibratory equipment—such as sifters, sieves, and screeners—to directly route material to lower-level processing lines without standard offset pipework.
